Q: DO YOU OFFER PRE-MITZVAH FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION AND SUPPLEMENTARY EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY?  
A: Of course! My signature “Get to Know You” family portraits session allows your children (and even you, the parents!) to settle those butterflies and feel comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. You will develop a rapport with me as I follow you around for an hour or so twirling under the elm trees at a Boston Commons park, playing in the sand on one of the beautiful beaches, or even your own backyard! Sure, we'll ask you to do strange and crazy things, like hug and cuddle and laugh at each other, but you'd do that anyway. Trust me, it is so worth it! I also offer Shabbat Dinner or Sunday Brunch photography coverage for an additional fee.

A: Having committed to photographing the most legendary occasions, meaningful moments, and epic parties in the Boston event industry full-time for over a decade, I feel that my experience sets me apart from other photographers in our community. I am passionate about delivering the most comprehensive event and portrait coverage along with exclusive photographic products and impeccable service to every one of my clients.


Q: WHAT TYPE OF CAMERA EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE? 
A: I rely on a suitcase full of professional Nikon camera bodies and an arsenal of top-tier Nikon lenses to ensure the highest quality images. My state-of-the-art, professional-grade photography gear is continuously updated and meticulously maintained throughout the year.
In addition to my cameras and lenses, I also utilize the latest flashes, softboxes, umbrellas, and light sticks to master ANY lighting situation and challenge. Whether I am capturing moments in a dimly lit temple, a grand ballroom, an industrial event space, a rustic farmhouse, or even in your own backyard, I am fully equipped and experienced to handle any lighting challenge with ease.

Q: ARE YOU INSURED?
A: Yes! Im fully insured. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance please email me directly with their contact info and who I should list as the “additionally insured” and I can update my policy and provide the COI.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR 'STYLE' OF PHOTOGRAPHY? 
A: It’s really a mix of candid and posed photos that is dependent on the moment. For the party everything I try to capture candid, spur-of-the-moment shots. For family shots and portraits I like to provide guidance and pose you for the best results. Temple coverage is either candid on the day of the event or mocked-up if there are rules preventing shots the day of. In terms of color processing or filters I tend to avoid those ‘trends’ and keep skin tones natural.

Q: CAN WE REQUEST SPECIFIC SHOTS?
A: Absolutely! Usually 2-4 weeks before your event we will connect to go over the timeline and shot details. This is a great time to relay over any shots you love or hate. You can also email me at any point in time in the process and I’ll update my notes.
